Privacy Constraints
All employee names, project details, schedules, and office requests have been blurred or censored in public screenshots to protect sensitive information.
The Problem
The office had no central monitoring board for project progress and deadlines. Vehicle and training room requests were assigned manually, causing conflicts. Workload visibility was limited, and weekly convocation assignments often repeated the same employees while others were not assigned.
The Solution
Designed an internal operations management system with modules for project monitoring, employee records, scheduling, reservations, workload visibility, and Calendar of Activities.
My Role
Identified recurring coordination problems, designed the system modules, mapped office workflows, built the system through AI-assisted development, and planned future modules based on operational gaps.
